Silverwood Update

All legal challenges to the construction of the Silverwood
apartment project have been dropped and the project is free to proceed.
Ground has not been broken as of this date. The proposed project would
have a 417-unit apartment building with associated parking
garage. The 4.3 acre site is the former Reed Brothers Dodge dealership
located at 15955 Frederick Road. The site is very conveniently located
near the Shady Grove Metro station.
